Toto Touch CEO Susan Njoki Was Strangled: Autopsy Unveils

Shock and grief continue to grip the nation after a chilling autopsy report revealed that Toto Touch CEO Susan Kamengere Njoki was killed through manual strangulation.

A team of six top Kenyan pathologists addressed a press conference on Tuesday, July 22, where they boldly confirmed that Susan’s death was caused by neck compression resulting from manual strangulation.

“All these features are in line with the death as a result of manual strangulation, which we are all in consensus,” said Dr. Joseph Ndung’u, one of the lead pathologists.

According to the experts, Susan died due to a lack of oxygen caused by intense pressure applied to her neck. The compression blocked oxygen from reaching her bloodstream, leading to death.

“There were other findings, but they’re not linked to her death,” he added.
“They may be related to her past medical conditions, not the cause of death.”

Further shocking revelations emerged. Susan had eaten shortly before her death. The pathologists found food in her stomach, leading them to conclude that she passed away within four hours of feeding.

“It didn’t take more than four hours before she died after feeding,” a doctor explained.

The team firmly disputed earlier claims by police that Susan died while being transported to hospital.

“She died in the hospital, not on the way,” they clarified.

Susan’s final hours were horrifying. Audio evidence obtained by KTN News captures her voice trembling in fear, describing how she was forcefully taken from her home by unknown men.

In the harrowing recording, Susan said the men stormed her Kileleshwa residence and restrained her. Two nurses then allegedly injected her with unknown substances.

“I was pinned down by two men. Then two nurses injected me. I kept asking where I was being taken, but they didn’t answer,” she said.

She accused her husband of orchestrating the terrifying ordeal, claiming it was not the first time he had forced her into hospitalization.

“He insisted I stay in hospital even after I completed treatment,” Susan cried out in the recording.

Susan Njoki’s mysterious death has left the country in mourning and rage, with many demanding justice. The DCI is now under pressure to uncover the truth behind the murder and bring all culprits to book.
