“I’m Ready to Work With You”—Moses Kuria Tells Gachagua, But Warns Him to Stop Insults

In a dramatic twist, former senior advisor to President William Ruto, Moses Kuria, has extended a surprising olive branch to Rigathi Gachagua. However, Kuria made it clear—he will only work with Gachagua if he stops insulting leaders, especially women.

“You’re Becoming the Kingpin”—Kuria Acknowledges Gachagua’s Influence

On Saturday evening, Kuria released a bold statement recognizing Gachagua’s growing dominance in the Mt Kenya region.

“To my brother Rigathi Gachagua, I am an honest man. You know that,” Kuria said. “It is undeniable that the majority of our Mt Kenya people listen to you,” he added.

Kuria didn’t stop there. He even hinted at a possible alliance.

“You are edging closer to being our undisputed Kingpin in the Mountain,” Kuria declared. “Just like Gideon Moi and William Ruto are working together, I might consider working with you very soon,” he said.

“Stop Insulting Our Women”—Kuria Sets His Condition

Despite the praise, Kuria issued a firm warning. He demanded that Gachagua stop disrespecting Mt Kenya leaders, especially women.

“I have only one humble request,” Kuria stated. “Kindly refrain from insulting our leaders in general, our women leaders in particular, and all Mt Kenya women by extension,” he urged.

He emphasized that such behavior doesn’t match Gachagua’s rising status.

“Doesn’t really sound commensurate with your undisputed kingpin status,” Kuria added. “Kindly sir. With profound respect,” he concluded.

“Waiguru Is Not the Enemy”—Kuria Reacts to Viral Video

Kuria’s remarks came shortly after a viral video showed Gachagua attacking Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru. In the clip, Gachagua accused her of working with the President to divide Mt Kenya.

“This kind of rhetoric only weakens our unity,” Kuria said privately to allies. “We need to rise above petty fights,” he added.

“Mt Kenya Deserves Better”—Supremacy Battle Heats Up

Kuria’s statement adds fuel to the already heated battle for Mt Kenya’s political soul. With the 2027 elections approaching, leaders are scrambling to claim dominance.

Despite his impeachment last year, Gachagua has remained active, reshaping the region’s political landscape.

“We must unite for development, not division,” Kuria emphasized.

As tensions rise, Kuria’s message could mark the beginning of a powerful new alliance—or deepen the rift.
