William Ruto’s Office Announces Consultancy Jobs for Kenyans

President William Ruto’s office has opened applications for short-term consultancy roles at State House, Nairobi. This announcement, made on Tuesday, November 12, by State House Comptroller Katoo Ole Metito in MyGov newspaper, seeks qualified Kenyans to assist in implementing the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda.

Why now?

“The Executive Office of the President – State House, is seeking to develop a database of senior experts to provide consultancy services on a short-term basis,” the notice read. These roles specifically target experts in macro and microeconomics to support Kenya’s primary economic policy.

The consultants will be engaged on an “as and when required” basis, ensuring the government can utilize expert guidance without incurring unnecessary costs. This flexibility allows State House to tap into specialized expertise precisely when it is most needed.

These consultancy opportunities reflect the administration’s commitment to enlisting local talent. Through this approach, the government aims to develop economic solutions that are both impactful and specifically designed for Kenya’s unique needs.
